Opening Dinner/Evening

Yoga and Meditation: 7:30-9:00 AM
Breakfast: 9:00-9:30 AM

Nature Field Trips:
two days will include spectcular morning field trips - one to Waimea Canyon,
and one to the North Shore, with walking meditations, and an opportunity
for sketching the spectacular landscapes. Classroom
time will be in the afternoon on these two days. (Final details for the
trips are still being arranged and will be posted here. And schedule details
are approximate.)

Sheraton Guest Facilities & Services
Workshop participants and their families may
enjoy the following services and activities:
The Beach
Activities Center offers a variety of beach equipment such as suntan
lotion, snorkels, masks, fins, boogey boards, umbrellas, beach chairs
and cabanas for purchase or rental. They also provide snorkeling and scuba
diving lessons by appointment. They can arrange for surfing lessons, Diver
Certification, dives, charter fishing and other water sports.
The Fitness
Center overlooks the ocean and provides the latest equipment, i.e.,
bicycles, treadmills, stepper, Cybex strength training equipment and free
weights. Enjoyable walks/runs are also nearby, from a mile to ten miles
in length.
The Massage &
Skincare Center is open daily by appointment, and offers a
variety of relaxing and invigorating treatments including Swedish, Shiatsu
and Sports Massage, Reflexology, Lomi Lomi, Aromatherapy, Facials, Body
Wraps and Body Glow.
The Keiki Aloha
Kauai: cultural and educational program is available for young guests
of the Sheraton Kauai Resort from 3 to 12 years of age. Half or full-day
sessions Monday through Friday, year around.
The Hawaiian Cultural
Center offers classes in fresh flower lei making and hula dancing.
The Guest News
Library has four computers with Internet access for the guests' use.
The computers are equipped with live cameras so that you can broadcast
your visual image along with your written message.
