Hello everyone!
It's December again, and time for our annual holiday meditation gathering
pot luck! We will meet on Sunday, December 14th, 6:00 - 8:30 PM.
Please join us and experience a sense of community around your practice
of meditation, and a coming-together of open hearts. This last month of
the year is a wonderful time for celebration and holiday, as well as for
reflection on all that has transpired throughout the year.
Please bring a dish or beverage and a friend- it's a great way to introduce
someone that you care about to meditation. It's also a wonderful way to
re-connect to community if you haven't had a chance to meditate with a
group for a while.
Please dress in comfortable clothing to participate in (very gentle)
yoga stretches and meditation. If you have a yoga mat, please feel free
to bring it with you. After meditation we'll have dinner together and
a chance to share our personal reflections and intentions for the holidays
and new year.
Thank you, as always, to everyone who joined us last month, as well as
to those who connected with us in meditation from a distance.
I look forward to seeing each of you on Sunday December 14th! An RSVP
will be helpful for planning purposes. (Please note that we are starting
an
hour later than we usually do.) And please mark your calendars for our
gathering next month on January 11h.

Meters in front of the Center: $.50/hour
DIRECTIONS:
Come West on 10 FWY and exit 4th Street, turn Left. At Pico turn Right
and go to Main Street; turn Left and follow the directions immediately
below. Driving South on Main Street from
Pico Blvd. you will pass Ocean Park Blvd. and later Ashland Ave. Kinney
Street will show up on the Right only. The next Left is Pier Street. One
Life Natural Foods store is on the far
left-hand corner; turn Left. The Sacred Energy Arts Center is located
on the right at the far corner of a very short block (at the corner of
Pier Ave. and Second Street.) Driving North on
Main Street, pass Rose Ave and later Marine Street. Pier Ave. is the next
Right after Marine. Turn Right and The Sacred Energy Arts Center is on
the Right at the end of the block.
